  • Do I need a sleep coach?
    Not all sleep situations require a sleep coach. Sometimes, what you are experiencing might be just a temporary regression. However, if the situation lasts longer than expected, and you have exhausted all methods and strategies, it could be helpful to seek assistance from someone who specializes in baby and toddler sleep to offer you a fresh perspective. In addition, if you recognize the value of a strong foundation, engaging a sleep coach right at the beginning can get you off on the right foot.

  • Which plan is right for me?
    Expecting a bundle of joy? Kidstart is the plan for you! You’ll like to do it yourself to a certain extent but will like to have some help to kickstart your way. You can try out the Basic programme! Are you feeling ready for this process yet know you will like to have extra support? Consider the Essentials programme! You want a longer amount of good support to ensure further success and also for someone to show you how it is done. Go for the Comprehensive programme! We recommend you to schedule your free 15 minute discovery call with us so that we can better understand your unique needs and circumstances to advise you accordingly.
  • How long will it take to see results?
    If baby is healthy, and you’re following the detailed plan, it should take about two weeks (or less!). Most families start to see improvements in as little as 3 days.
  • What if it doesn't work?
    Your new routine will work if you put in the work. While we can’t expect to see overnight changes in their sleep habits, with consistency, many parents report positive changes by day 3 and a happy well rested child by the end of their programme.. If you follow the routine to a T, you leverage on the support, and stick with it, it will work.
