However, if the situation lasts longer than expected, and you have exhausted all methods and strategies, it could be helpful to seek assistance from someone who specializes in baby and toddler sleep to offer you a fresh perspective.
 
In addition, if you recognize the value of a strong foundation, engaging a sleep coach right at the beginning can get you off on the right foot.

How long will it take to see results?

If baby is healthy, and you’re following the detailed plan, it should take about two weeks (or less!). Most families start to see improvements in as little as 3 days.

What if it doesn't work?

Your new routine will work if you put in the work. While we can’t expect to see overnight changes in their sleep habits, with consistency, many parents report positive changes by day 3 and a happy well rested child by the end of their programme.. If you follow the routine to a T, you leverage on the support, and stick with it, it will work.
